It does crank over, there's a quarter inch gas line that broke trying to drain out the old gas to get it started. Will need a battery and fresh gas and probably other things. Motor turns over and has compression. Unknown complete working condition. The unusual thing about this 23 horsepower Kohler motor is that it has two drive shafts. This came from Woodward governor and does run with a little effort but it is being sold for parts. Will load on to your trailer or pick up with a forklift.
