1930 Exposition Internationale De Liege Sports Medal Presented to World Cycling Commissioner Alban Collignon designed by Adelin Salle, 3 1/8 in. tall, bronze with a silver finish, Collignon was "a Belgian sports journalist. He was also organizer of cycling races and president of the Union Cycliste Internationale from 1939 to 1947" - Wikipedia. Have seen a few of these offered - this one is unique as an award to an early organizer and enthusiast of European Bicycling events.
