Brian and The Market Place were wonderful to deal with. My sister found them on the Internet so we knew nothing about them. We were trying to sell the contents of our parents "farmette" and had 5 buildings of 60 years of stuff to go through. We had already been cleaning out for the last 5 years, but the amount of stuff left was still overwhelming and when our daughter and husband got a sudden offer on their house and decided to buy Grandma and Grandpa's, we were really on a timeline (6 weeks). Brian came out and spent days preparing the place for the sale. We were nervous in today's world and not knowing anything about him, but in the end, thrilled and relieved to meet someone with so much integrity and decency. He also knows how to price and display things so that we ended up having an awesome sale and our daughter and hubby moved in exactly on time. After the passing of a relative in January 2018 I was appointed personal representative for the estate. After spending much time sorting, cleaning and disposing of personal items I deemed there was way to much personal belongings to deal with. I contacted Brian at The Market Place to inquire about disposing of the remaining personal property. Brian set up an appointment, we met and he toured the house. After some discussion we reached an agreement for Brian and his team to go through everything, price everything, arrange everything and conduct a two day estate sale on the property. Brian and his team did a fantastic job, getting everything ready and conducting a two day sale which went very well, and we were very happy with the results. After the sale, Brian and his staff cleaned everything left out of the property and left the property broom clean ready to be sold. I cannot say enough about the job Market Place did and their professionalism, accommodating our requests and answering our questions. I would highly recommend The Market Place and Brian Stedl to anyone in need of any of the services he offers.

I just want to say that you did a wonderful job of cleaning out our property at N9444 County Road N. You did a great job in the big shed, the car garage and the basement. There is no way we could have accomplished the clean-out on our own. And, besides, you swept up all the floors! Plus, you related so well with our special brother, Tom. It was hard for him to see items taken away that belonged to our dad. But, you knew just the right things to say to him. That was over and above the Performance Agreement. Thank you so much.
