We organize, price, and manage a professional, beautifully staged liquidation sale to get your home cleared in two weeks.

We always use a customized approach to fit each of our clients specific needs. We understand the hardship of liquidating yours or a loved ones personal belongings which is why we use careful consideration throughout every transaction. We understand because we’ve been there.
Solace works closely with community outreach centers to donate unsold items to specific families in need who are being rehoused. We have no hidden agendas or warehouse spaces to resell your unsold items. We believe in complete transparency.

Anne’s team at Solace Estate Sales went above and beyond to clean-out my Grandmother’s home. I’m very impressed by their professionalism and how they helped my Grandma go through boxes to separate what was to be sold, donated, or to keep.
