As someone who has had the pleasure of Eric and Ted running my estate sale and also as a consumer, going to many of their estate sales, I have had nothing but great experiences with the boys! The research, the staging, and the time they put into every sale is unreal! When they take on a sale, they are working for the benefit of their client, without ever overcharging the estate sale attendees. They walk a high tightrope yet all parties are pleased with their professionalism. When you go home with a bargain, you can rest assured that Eric and Ted know what their inventory is and still want their attendees to find that hidden gem that keeps them coming back for more. I can't speak for anyone else, (except for my 5 girlfriends that now start calling and texting me before 7:00AM on a Saturday!) but I can't wait for the weekend to see what treasures I'm going to be taking home next weekend!Lisa C

Do yourself a favor and select Erik & Ted for your estate sale! We found them after interviewing 2 other estate sale companies (one of whom tried to rip-off my 87 yr old mom - offering her $100 on the spot for what he said was "silver-plated" items which were sold for $1700 to a silver-buyer.
Erik and Ted were professional from the 1st moment and did an awesome job for my mom - and put me at ease knowing she was not being taken advantage of.
Erik and Ted's reporting about items sold with the sale price, as well as what was not sold but donated and that value, was great. Even living out of town Mom received her check within 7 days of the final reporting, which we received 1-2 days after the sale.
The house was left empty and clean and we were able to turn it over to the realtor without having to make the long trip back to Palm Desert ourselves.
If we ever needed an estate sale company again we would hands-down go straight to Erik & Ted.

I wish I could give these guys a 10 + stars. Unbelievable. My cousin hired them when she moved out of state and I was impressed. Then a year later I decided to move but I could not remember who my cousin used so I called and got a few qutes. Not only were they ridiculously high I never had a good gut feeling about anyone who I spoke to. Then my cousin found Eric's number and the world was right again. . Let me tell you Ted know his stuff. He can set things up to look good. He is a great designer. These guys never waste a minute. They are hard workers and they will get the job done. When it was all over I was shocked at my check. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company for your estate sale. And most important to me I felt they were very very trustworthy. This guys are terrific!! I hired them to take care of the estate sale for my mother's house. They did an amazing job staging the entire house- making it look better than it ever did! Ted and Eric and their staff worked so hard getting everything ready for the sale; including getting old lawn equipment running again! Thanks to their know-how, they even sold stuff I never would have thought about. I completely trusted them to handle all the details, and they did a great job. Wow, Eric and Ted are miracle workers. I recently sold an investment home in Palm Springs. Living in Los Angeles, I had no time to get to the property and sell the furniture. Eric is part salesman, part ringleader, part air traffic controller, part therapist. I never would have gotten this done without both of these guys. Eric not only sold the furniture, he helped with items like bringing the cablebox and router to Spectrum, dealt with a very restrictive HOA, and left the house 'ready to close (escrow)'. I can't emphasize enough how much of an asset these guys were...they simply get things done. They make executive decisions when/if necessary, but were sure to check with me on items of high importance. They even felt I was getting 'low balled' on too many items, and those items they refused to sell at the 'moving sale', and have moved them to their shop on consignment. I'm the #1 producing real estate agent in Downtown Los Angeles...and, if Eric and Ted were in my market, I'd happily and confidently refer them to every one of my clients, even the high-maintenance/impossible to please clients...because I know these guys would not only be able to appease such clients, but I suspect they'd be able to calm them down too!Kerry S.
Eric & team are the embodiment of above and beyond. My house sale process has been very complicated, to say the least, particularly with the added stress of not living in Palm Springs. From the first interaction on the phone with Eric, to meeting him in person as we started planning the furniture sale, to the continued updates afterward, I very quickly felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Not only did they put together the sale in a very short amount of time, they also went many extra miles making sure I didn't have to worry about a lot of things that I would have otherwise needed to take care of. A business relationship driven by empathy and trust, how often do you see that these days? They even took on helping me with the remaining items that didn't sell on the spot, once again shaving off additional worries that would have otherwise popped up. And on top of all that, they took care of cleaning & polishing up the house afterward so it would be spotless for the new buyers.
