John Bio
When employing John Palinkas of Red Suit Realty & Auction you can rest assured you are in capable hands. John Palinkas has positioned himself to meet your needs as a licensed real estate agent, licensed auctioneer, and a notary public.
John hails from New York State has endured many moves. He grew up in New Jersey, was stationed in Texas in the Air Force, lived in Wisconsin, South Carolina, and North Carolina. John understands what it takes to relocate to a new area and establish a new home and start a new job. Father to his son Noah and married to Sherry he currently resides in west Iredell. He proudly serves portions of Iredell, Alexander, Catawba, and Rowan counties.
John has cemented his education and holds an MBA with a graduate certificate in Marketing. In addition, he also holds a Master of Arts in Public History specializing in museum studies and collections. He graduated from Allen Tate School of Real Estate, Carolina Auction Academy and Asheford Institute of Antique Studies.
His credentials include being Ringmaster Certified through the Florida Auctioneer Academy, is an AIA PACC Certified Personal Property Appraiser specializing in household contents, antiques, and collectibles. He is also a Strategic Pricing Specialist, At Home with Diversity trained and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Specialist among many other trainings yearly in real estate.
John has been successful in the world of business during his career within the telecommunications, hospitality, real estate, auction marketing, entertainment, and the food service industries managing business to business sales. He has a proven track record in dealing with people. Entrepreneur of several small businesses and a teacher of entrepreneurship, and small business planning he can negotiate to find you the best deal.
John’s key ingredients are honesty and integrity breed for his past volunteer work with the Boy Scouts of America, serving in church ministry, past member of the Fountain Inn Election Commission, working in the NC prison system, and currently an Iredell County notary public.
As a real estate broker his specialties include the auction method of marketing and the proven ability to sell your home in 45 days! In addition, John has knowledge of historic home marketing, poultry and hobby farm marketing, residential homes, land acreage and lot sales including waterfront and golf course properties.
As a licensed auctioneer John has vast experience managing online auction sales, live sales and simulcast, contract bid calling, bid spotter, ring man, auction clerk, auction cashier, automotive block clerk, auction transport driver, and auction setup and marketing.
As a notary public John’s specialties include real estate and automotive title work from his experience in the field of auction marketing.
