My parents passed away 5 months ago. I came to terms it was time to liquidate everything and put the house up for sale. April was super dependable, honest, and got the home cleaned out and ready to sell. Even the Realtor commented how clean the home was. She left nothing, not even a piece of paper. Very organized. At end of sale, anything that was of sentimental value to us, was boxed up and presented to us. I would def. recommend her and her team.Walter W.
