River Road Liquidations are owned and professionally operated by Steven & Dana Berens, located at 6601 SW River Road. in Hillsboro, OR 97123.
We offer a variety of services to our clients. We conduct estate sales, provide downsizing assistance, assisted living transitions, conduct clean outs & buy outs and offer moving services.
We are a very hands-on business, who go above and beyond for our clients. We enjoy what we do and we conduct successful and professional sales. Our commission ranges from 35% to 50% depending on the situation.
Steven managed one of the largest auction houses in San Diego for over 10 years and he is up to date in appraising, knowing the history, eras and current market prices of antiques to art, collectibles to china, vintage to modern furniture, coins, guns and jewelery.
We know all too well the stress, feeling of being overwhelmed and almost always no one knows where to even begin their estate process. We take great pride in allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy the show as we will do all the work and we work very hard for you.
We have over 11 years of experience in providing outstanding service for our many clients. We truly enjoy our profession with a passion and all of our clients receive a one on one friendly and respectful experience, from the beginning to the end. We are certainly a company worth hiring above the rest.
Our sales are very organized, linens on tables, furniture is well polished and all your items are displayed in a " viewer friendly†presentation, which makes our sales much more profitable for you and less items being left unsold. We do not conduct " dig box" sales. We also offer a delivery service and we accept all major credit cards, enhancing the overall total sales for your sale. .
It all starts with a phone call and we will then meet with you, schedule a walk through of your estate, share our ideas and advice on how we can ensure a successful sale.. After the sale, we leave the house clean, swept and vacuumed. All trash removed and the property is left in immaculate condition, ready for the next phase. We look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience and we thank you very much for your consideration in choosing us for all your estate sale needs.
