Annie’s Attic is the largest estate sale company by volume of estate sales in our area. We have successfully completed over 110 estate sales and the numbers keep growing.

Environmentally sensitive we are. Annie is committed to trying to keep items out of the landfills. Why dump it if it can be recycled after the sale is over.
We offer a full clear out service, clearing all the left over items after the estate sale is over. Your unwanted, unsold items will go to the next stop in the recycle process, leaving you with a broom swept clean house.
With over 30 years of experience in antiques and having a designer work on our staff, your estate will look its best when we open the doors for sale day. It really makes a difference in the success of our sales.

Our home was in escrow, arrangements were made with the senior care facility, and there was a lot of emotion tied to this sale. You were gracious and professional, and you dealt with us honestly and openly from the first time we spoke, all the way through to the completion of the sale. I was the primary contact and I wasn’t local. You were wonderful about calling me and keeping me posted on challenges and successes. Our circumstances were unique: we had a short timeline, and although the sale was small, the calendar made it more challenging than most because aside from the escrow closing, we were also fighting against winter weather. The weekend of the sale brought rain and snow, yet you plugged along and had a successful Day One. Day Two brought even more snow, and you made room for us in your calendar to postpone the sale to another time.
While this type of thing doesn’t usually happen too many times in one family, I wouldn’t hesitate to call on you again if the need arose. I would recommend you to anyone, any time, and feel comfortable that you would handle their situation as well as you handled ours.

I highly recommend Annie's Attic Estate Sales. After my mother died unexpectedly, we were left with a house full of varying quality of items, from trash to treasure, from practical to precious. Annie and Dawn were not only able to discern these differences, but they also knew how to market to different audiences. Probably most important of all to me was Annie's gentle and compassionate understanding of my grief and respect for my lost loved one's prized possessions. Annie knew this was not just an estate sale; it was also a part of the grieving process--the inevitable need to begin letting go. She made it easier for me to say goodbye to family items that I could not take myself, knowing that other families would now be able to enjoy them.
