We recommend having an Estate Sale if there is a good variety of items in the home of value that will attract pickers, collectors, antique dealers, and people who re-purpose items. We inventory, price, advertise, and run successful Estate Sales in Columbus and Central OH. We maintain our client’s anonymity, secure their personal property, and provide reliable and confidential customer service.
Our focus is on providing our clients with the highest revenue for their personal property, while creating a fun experiences for our diverse buyers. Our pricing is based on fair local market value. We have built a reputation on running fair and successful Estate Sales.
Our focus on Antique and Vintage memorabilia, resources, and extensive research, allows us to reach our goal of finding ALL OF IT a new home, while maximizing the proceeds for the Estate. Because we execute the sale on site, we are able to avoid any upfront costs to our clients such as packing and hauling fees, which are incurred by online auctions and auction houses. This means more profitability for our clients!

I cannot tell you how please I am to have worked with ALL OF IT Transitions. I have worked with auction houses in the past and was not pleased with the outcome. This was not the case with ALL OF IT Transitions.
This large estate included two homes, two automobiles, a large sailboat, high end artwork, antiques, and memorabilia from around the world. Due to the father and son's illness everything was an unbelievable mess. Unbelievable!
ALL OF IT Transitions cleaned it up, organized it and created a professional looking retail store set in each home. Multiple tag sales were advertised and held in each location with great success. Extra care was also given to out of town family members to collect the things they desired.
It was effortless from my standpoint. ALL OF IT Transitions complete service allowed me to focus on the many other issues.
