COMPANY SERVICES
Our initial consultations are free. My team and I come in with our equipment, set up and clean all items that need cleaning before displaying them. Our belief is the better the item looks the better the price it will bring. Price the items, hold the sale and completely dispose of all remaining items with either selling them to resell companies or donating them to the needy. We then clean up the residence and leave it in a clean and presentable condition.
Because we are working with other people and their schedules we need to have at least 3 to 5 business days, after the sale, to have this accomplished. They need to know what we want them to pick up and that can't be known until after the sale.
We are equipped to accept credit card charges for purchases. This increases the sales.
We have a L.L.C. license issued by the state of Florida.
We take care of all the advertising in newspapers, email list of well over 2000 are notified, also on our website along with photos.The sale is posted on Estate Sales.org and Estate Sales.net and my facebook page. The sale is posted on Craigs List (which is updated daily during the sale) with pictures. All this is included with our fee of a flat rate of 35% on the gross sales. No other fees are charged. No up front charges for setting up either.
The necessary paper work of the results of the sale is prepared, including an inventory list of items $35 and higher, and what they sold for is included. I settle with the client/s as quickly as possible.
We keep on top of the changing prices and the general public's marketing habits so that we are able to get the best prices available. I am hands on completely throughout the total sale from beginning to end making sure all is done to have a successful sale happy client/s and happy buyers. My staff is very adapt to estate sales and trained to preform in a very professional manner.

We strive to provide a high quality, professional, affordable estate sale service for Pasco, Hernando and Pinellas counties. We have a great amount of knowledge of antiques, collectibles general household items, tools, vehicles and estate sale services and are ready and willing to meet all your estate sale needs.
We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry. My staff and I together have over 25 years of experience with pricing and selling collectibles, antiques, household items, tools, and all related items with estates even vehicles of all types. Even though I'm fairly new with my own business (over 7 years), I've worked for other companies several years to obtain a well rounded knowledge of the estate business, before forming my own company. No estate is the same and this has helped me to be able to have a wide knowledge of doing the best job for each different situation.
We have the knowledge and experience in handling a sale of all types. We keep up on the market and the value of items and how to price it to sell. This comes with time in the business or related jobs dealing with the types of items that are in estate sales. We also attend other sales to see what is moving and what prices best move them.
