LISTED ARTIST ARTWORK
1.) “Chambered Nautilus “by Julio Larraz (b 1944): limited edition
(#88/100) etching and aquatint on Arches paper from 1989. Measures
approximately 29” high by 41” wide unframed and 33.5” by 45” framed.
Floated under acrylic glass within a black lacquer frame. Condition:
Good. Estimated fair market value: $2,500.
2.) “Portrait of a Young English Officer” attributed to Sir Hubert Von
Herkomer (1849-1914): Oil on canvas measuring 30” high by 25” wide
unframed and 40.5” by 36” framed. Presented within an ornate plaster
cast frame. Condition: frame badly blemished; art needs cleaning, but is
otherwise intact. Estimated fair market value: $800.
3.) “June Arundel, Sussex” by Alfred Fitzwalter Grace (1844- 1903):
Oil on canvas measuring 38” high by 49.5” wide unframed. Condition:
Fair. Patching of canvas evident and some paint loss along edge in
lower-left quadrant. Estimated fair market value: $1,000.
4.) “Fall Forest Landscape*” by Joseph Thors (1835-1900): oil on
canvas 1875. Measures 24” high by 16” wide unframed 27” by 18.5 wide
framed. Presented in lacquered red wood frame. Condition: Good.
Estimated fair market value: $700.
5.) “Mount St. Michel” by Alex Herman Haig (1835-1921): Graphite on
paper from 1881. Measures 34” high by 24” wide unframed and 41.5 by 31”
framed. Presented under glass within double-matting and contemporary
lacquered wood molding. Engravings of the subject work were published
circa 1882. Condition: Good condition overall. Slight yellowing and
foxing. Estimated fair market value: $3500.
6.) “Chrysanthemums in a glass Vase” by Alfred Egerton Cooper
(1883-1974): oil on canvas measuring 30” high by 24.5” wide unframed.
Condition Poor. Significant paint loss and scuffing of surface.

9.) “The Edge of the Forest” by Frederick Davis (ft 1853-1892):
Watercolor on paper from 1878. Measures approximately 21” high by
31” wide unframed and 28” by 38” framed. Presented under glass within
double matting and gold wood molding. Condition: Good. Estimated fair

10.) “The Lake, Ken Gardens, Evening” By Augustus Enness (1876-1948):
oil on canvas measuring approximately 15” high by 20” wide unframed and
19.5” high by 24” wide framed. Presented within fabric lining and gold
