Buyer provides supplies, boxes, packing material, tools, equipment, etc. necessary, as well as the physical labor for dismantling, crating, loading and hauling at their own expense. No assistance from R & B Liquidation Service, LLC or its associates.

1. State driver's license or ID card is required to register and pickup. Must be 18 years or older to register.

2. Buyer premium shall be 15% PayPal, credit card, and debit cards (NO GIFT CARDS ALLOWED). Cash is 12%. Buyer premium shall be added to the bid price and that sum shall be the taxable amount. Pay onsite during pick up hours.

3. If you're interested in SHIPPING Please call, email, or text to BEFORE close of auction.

4. Tax will be 8.25% unless auction location tax rates differ.

5. All items sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties.

6. Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy any auction items.

7. Auction staff/team are agents for the seller and will conduct business in his/her best interest.

8. Auction staff is not responsible for load out or providing any equipment.

9. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges.

10. No buyers shall trade any items on the auction premises.

R & B Liquidation Service, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or sell any items contained in an auction prior and/or during auction. R & B Liquidation Service, LLC reserves the right to end an auction prior to or during auction at its sole discretion. R & B Liquidation Service, LLC also reserves the right to extend the auction.
