The HOA is very strict so that they will not allow us to put up a sales sign even though the Realtor can. I can put a sign in the front window and sign on my mini van which will be parked in the driveway. They will allow us to put up the cones. Nonetheless, please be extra careful when parking. As usual we will be passing out numbers at 8:00 AM or even a little bit earlier. - 90% of the furniture is Ethan Allen and is in good to excellent condition
