The landscaping rocks and the kitchen appliances have been removed from the sale today.  The homeowner has also decided to remove the hand painted cabinet from the sale.   We are sorry for any inconvenience and confusion.  The washer and dryer in the laundry room were also removed from the sale last night, as the new homebuyers came out with my clients and decided that they wanted those as well.  Again, please accept my apologies for the short notice!...
