Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in Valrico this upcoming week for Part 2 of this estate sale. Don and JoAnn Shea have lived in this Valrico home since 1987. They formally owned Shea’s Pharmacy and Liquor Store in Tampa, a family business since 1927. JoAnn has sold the home and downsized. This is the second sale at this location. We will be liquidating the entire contents of this home. This is an animal and smoke free home.
