This is Extremely Short Notice. We were literally just hired for the estate and everything has to be sold by 2/21. Nothing is priced, organized, or sorted. We have zero clue what you are going to find in this house. Bring one of those gigantic Blue Ikea Bags or a Rubbermaid container and start making a pile and then we will negotiate a fair price.
