UPDATED NOTES:

1.  Disregard any directions that may take you to any other gate besides the LADERA entrance. From Hovely, you will enter the LADERA St. entrance (very close to Portola).  No other gate will allow access.

2.  There will be a sign on keypad to tell you to call a number for gate code. (Due to HOA restrictions, I cannot post it publicly here)
