New items include, big tools like Smith Shop, nice furniture, small kitchen appliances, patio set, dining room table and chairs, large Smart TV, bedroom set and mattress and more.

We brought in a whole houseful of other items from Wesley Chapel. Enough to make an estate sale on their own but we had a fair amount of room in this house, so we combined everything to make a GIGANTIC sale here since it had lots of good leftovers.
