Since this is a one-day sale, on Saturday, we will provide the gate code on Friday by 9am.

All furniture MUST be removed at time of purchase as the house is closing on Monday. Only serious buyers please.

There are not a lot of smalls as this is not our traditional estate sale style, however there are some really nice pieces of newer furniture that must be sold.

Please come prepared with moving vehicle, moving supplies and help.
