We have been contracted to sell the estate of Sylvia Alberson, a lady whose ambition was to collect every Christmas figurine and lighted Christmas house she had room for. The majority of the lighted Christmas houses were displayed in a special room in her home, and we found the boxes in the attic. All have lights and parts in the boxes, while many are still in the original boxes. This auction also includes a beautiful gemstone globe with a compass in the stand.
