Wonderful 4-day estate sale in Sherman Texas. We accept cash, debit or credit. First-come first-serve. We will have a sign-up sheet outside at 7AM, Sign up so you can leave and come back closer to 10AM when we will open. We will limit the amount of shoppers in the home during the first few hours of the sale, or until the line is cleared. We move the line along as fast as we can.
