The house was built in the 1950s and it sits on land that was their orange groves that became  Lake Magdalene Woods.  These dear people took care of their things and were "do-it-yourselfers".  He was handy and made tools and adapted his garage to suit his use--it's a treasure trove in there.  They were worship leaders at their church, so we have an abundance of music books and pianos and organs.  There is a Steinway upright piano and a baby grand by...
