This is the estate of Joan and Chef Jean Pierre Tardy. He was the Executive Chef of Le Bec Fin from 1979-1987. They owned and operated the Jean Pierre restaurant at 101 State st. in Newtown, Pa. He has cooked for Queen Elizabeth.
