This house is a blast from the past. Step into the mid-century modern home which was decorated by Gilpatrics Interiors year ago. They have living/family room, office, and bedroom furniture. In the kitchen there are vintage small appliances, housewares, a mixer, and bakeware. The living room has a vintage extra-long floral couch, MCM server cabinet and chest, mirrors, and retro interlocking wine rack. Also there is the follow: parlor chairs, assorted rosewood side chairs, ornate desk, singer sewing machine in the cabinet, MCM teakwood coffee table and a set of three nesting tables. This home has a nice selection of wall art, glassware, monkey pod wood items, books, and other collectibles. On the porch you will find a wishing well, patio furniture, plant stands, small statuary, a bird bath and vintage camping equipment.
This sale features a nice selection of crystal with one particularly large set that has 4 or 5 sizes of stemware and luncheon/hors d’ouvre plates to match in a pretty “rayed” pattern. There are also many crystal vases and accent pieces. We also have some beautiful cut crystal bowls in sparkling patterns. There are a few elegant sets of china by Haviland and Lenox. There are dozens of assorted individual patterned cups and saucers in both full sized and demitasse. There are also Oriental bowls, ginger jars, and plates. You will also find some china and porcelain figurines. They loved to travel and many of their treasures are from overseas and they have many unique items. You will not want to miss this sale!
Online Auction
Some of these treasures, plus the large appliances, will be listed online and in online auctions prior to the sale. The online auction ends Sunday Feb. 27 from 5 to 7 pm. If those items do not sell, they will be included in the sale. See the link below for the auction.

Onsite Silent Auction
We will have Brown Jordan Patio Furniture that will be sold in a silent auction from 8 to 10 am on Friday.
Due to the fragile nature of the sales items and for the protection of you child/children, this sale is not recommended for small children.
The door opens promptly on Friday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). If you plan to come at 8:00 sign up on the paper on the trash can. You will enter in the order of the sign up. Come early for the best selection and come back again on Saturday for ½ off most items. There will be fill a bag sometime on Saturday. We look forward to seeing you at the sale.
