The Blue Jewel Inn located in Newport's Historic Hill was recently sold and will soon be converted back into a single family home. The Inn is a Queen Anne Victorian built in 1898 by architect/builder JD Johnston, who is known for building many of the mansions on Newport's Bellevue Avenue and Ocean Drive.
