True estate sale due to a death in the family and the home is in foreclosure so it has to be emptied.

We have hundreds of pieces of 60's clothing, elvis 45's and LP's, other 45's, Brier horses, old cloth dolls, Lionel trains (old, wrapped in 1959 paper) green plastic toy soldiers and trucks, wrought iron furniture, old ice skates, paper memorabilia, and a lot more.

Garage has been locked for 60 years! she was 95 and lived in home for over 60 years....
