A sign-up sheet will be used for crowd control entry. Please be patient. We will get everyone entered as soon as possible.
Parking is in designated areas only. Please follow signs & staff member directions for parking.
Accepted forms of payment: cash, checks (with photo ID) & credit cards. Credit card purchases require a $50 minimum & will include taxes & a 3% convenience fee.
Security cameras are in place throughout the premises - inside & outside.
Please leave large bags in your vehicle. Dominion Estate Sales reserves the right to inspect all bags & will refuse entry to any person(s) not complying with set rules.

Please arrange for assistance for large/heavy purchases. We cannot provide assistance, per our insurance coverage.
Customers must provide their own packing materials, tools, tie downs, etc.
