SHIPPING: Small items only with *prior approval.* Contact us before you bid to make sure item(s) can be shipped. Handling fee of $10/lot, and more for larger, heavier items if agreed upon. Packing, shipping, and any desired insurance will also apply.
PICK-UP: Location, Date provided on purchase INVOICES via eMAIL. Pick-up is then by appointment only (see your invoice for instructions on scheduling a time BEFORE you actually pay for your item(s). Winning bidders must schedule a pick-up time through a 'scheduler link' included on your INVOICE. ***For privacy reasons, the address for pick-up will be given then.
NO PHYSICAL ASSISTANCE - You may need to go up and down steps, repeatedly. Remember that some lots will be bulky/heavy. Caring Transitions staff are not authorized to physically assist you with such items. Bring help, supplies (carts, bungee cords, boxes or crates of some sort) to remove and load your purchases into/onto your vehicle.
****Boxes and crates in photos of LOTS for sale are not included in the sale unless specified in the description. Most often, they are NOT included.****
There may also be a CASH & CARRY sale on site the day of pickup, open to auction winners once they've retrieved their purchases and removed them from the house or storage facility. C&C sales are CASH ONLY.
INVOICING: Bidding Ends Wed Oct 25 @ 7pm. Payments are encouraged via PayPal. Register as a 'GUEST' if you wish to pay with debit/credit. Payments will be collected by Thursday, October 26th @ 12n. ****NO “eCheck” payments accepted at this time.****
PICK-UP: Date and location will accompany your purchase invoice. You must schedule your pick-up time through the online pick-up scheduling tool (see your purchase INVOICE for details) before paying for the item.
