    Most items are acquired through Estate Sales and may have dirt and/or damage on it or to packaging, show age appropriate wear, oxidation, etc. We usually do not test, repair nor clean items. We try to check for obvious damages and will indicate any noted damage in the listing. Items are being sold as-is, as described, as acquired, and as pictured and No Returns Accepted. 

    We may know a lot about a lot of things, but we do not know everything. Items are being described to the best of our abilities, as accurate as possible, and with utmost conscientiousness on our part. However, to avoid any potential oversights, we respectfully request your assistance in helping us to make this a mutually satisfactory transaction by doing your due diligence, viewing images carefully, doing research, checking shipping cost to you and asking all questions PRIOR TO BIDDING. Please Note that size and color representation are subject to manufacturing variance and may not be exact. Also, note that monitor settings may vary from computer to computer and may distort actual colors. 

    Items are carefully packed for safe shipping and once it is delivered to the carrier, our responsibility ends. If your item is damaged during shipping you must file a claim with the carrier.

    SALE TERMS 13% buyer's premium - All sales are final - No Returns - All items are sold 'as-is', 'where-is' with no warranties, guarantees or returns. All sales are final and the auctioneer is the sole ruling party on any and all disputes. Live internet bidding is a service provided to customers, however it is not perfect and errors do occur and due to this fact all bids are executed in good faith by members of our staff, but a bid is no guarantee that the item will be sold for that price and to you, as bids are being executed via the phone, internet, absentee and live audience simultaneously and at a fast pace.

    TAXES Local 8% State of Pennsylvania sales tax applies where applicable. - Note* sales tax may be waived by purchasers who provide their valid state resale certificate. 

    PAYMENT TERMS You will be invoiced within 24 hours after the auction. Payment is required immediately upon receipt of invoice. If your item is being shipped, invoicing may take up to a week which allows us time to calculate your shipping costs and packaging of items as needed. We appreciate your business and ask for your patience during this period. 

    METHODS OF PAYMENT  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex payable Through PayPal.

    SHIPPING TERMS: Items are shipped within 5 business days of payments received.  Single and/or combined items (Must fit into USPS standard size boxes) are shipped via USPS Priority mail.  FRAGILE ITEMS: All items that are considered fragile will be carefully handled and packed for shipment accordingly. We are not a professional shipping company but we package the best we can. Once item is accepted by carrier, our responsibility ends. Any special shipping materials, and/or boxes will be added to Shipping and Handling Charges.  LARGE ITEMS:  Single, combined and/or Large Items that cannot be shipped in standard size boxes WILL require additional shipping charges. If item(s) require special packing, FedEx offers a packing service and if accepted, there will be an additional FedEx charge of $19.95 added to shipping cost. 

    NOTE: Some large items WILL NOT be shipped and MUST be picked up at the Auction House. We will not ship furniture, large framed artwork, extremely large, heavy or extremely fragile items. If you win a lot that we cannot ship we can provide you the names and numbers of the local shipping companies and you will be responsible for all shipping arrangements including shipper pick-up packaging and shipping. If you are unsure of any item is or is not shippable, please call us at 215-469-4553 before the auction begins.  INSURANCE:  Buyer is responsible for any additional insurance not included with shipping cost. Each USPS Priority box and its entire contents is insured for $50.00. If total content value exceeds $50, additional insurance will be at your expense.  DAMAGES: All items are sold "as is" and leave our location in the condition at time of auction. If you receive an item in less than this condition, you must file a claim for damaged, lost or missing items with the shipping company. You will be required to provide proof of damage to the carrier. Please refer to detailed Terms and conditions available on carriers' website. We do not ship outside the US.  Your bid will indicate that you agree to these charges. 

    Alternate shipping may be arranged by the buyer at the buyer's discretion and expense.  PICK-UP If you win an item and would prefer to pick up, please alert us ASAP to quicken the invoicing process.
