POSTPONED DUE TO HURRICANE Check back next week, to see if we reschedule for next weekend.
Not your typical estate sale.....
Our estate sale company, Full House Liquidation, is working together with our friends at Vandenbrook Galleries, to bring you this unique 8,300 sq ft 3-story Charleston-style picker's mansion in South Tampa, off Westshore Blvd.
SEE OVER 450 PICS BELOW.....
Full House Liquidation will be assisting with the prep, and also will be present on the sale days, but the sale will officially be hosted and facilitated by Vandenbrook Galleries. All policies and regulations will be at their discretion.
There's a large amount of architectural salvage, including windows, doors, columns, pillars, door knobs, large concrete planters, etc. There's also a large amount of books, including attorney law, Civil War, etc.
A large amount of the contents that are for sale, are located on the 3rd floor which is a full-size attic. The approximately 2,000 sq. ft. attic is packed to the gills! There is no AC up in the 3rd floor attic, but we will have the large balcony doors open with fans on. BYOBW Bring your own bottled water, and comfortable clothes to help with the heat. :-)
With all the architectural salvage, packed quarters in the attic, and heavy concrete planters, etc. in the backyard, you may not want to wear flip-flops. Close toed shoes would probably be safer.
Some of the chandeliers throughout the home will also be for sale. The house has already been sold, so any doors, windows or door knobs currently attached, will not be for sale, only the loose detached ones, which there are plenty of, for sure!
As far as the other floors of the home, and the rest of the contents, there are other things such as furniture, artwork, clothes, tools, etc. Even a bunch of parking bumpers along the side of the house.
There is also an entire "herd" of hippos, carved from huge fallen mahogany trees in South Africa!!
It's definitely not your typical estate sale. It's going to be a fun one though, for sure! Bring your flashlights (for the walk-in attic) and climbing shoes..... there's a lot of stairs! Again, we'll have the balcony doors open up in the attic for airflow, and plenty of sunlight. We look forward to seeing you!
