All Sales are FINAL and sold "As Is - Where Is".
We ask for a non-refundable deposit to hold all large items and all items on hold must be picked up before 2 pm day of sale. Please arrange for help with moving large items purchased as we do not provide this service.
We apologize but, there are no restrooms available to the public, no pets, and no food or beverages allowed on the estate.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to check all bags.
If the property is limited on space, we will hand out numbers on a first come first serve basis.
We accept cash and credit cards. We DO NOT accept checks.
Enter sale at your own risk, sellers are not responsible.
If you break an item, you are responsible for paying for it.
