Terms: All stock available on a “first come, first served” basis. We do not allow holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. We do not give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales. This is not an auction. All stock is priced as marked and offered as found. This event is open to the public. Please be prepared to remove your purchases before the close of the sale. Delivery service available. We accept cash and checks. All sales are subject to 8.75% sales tax. Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (a.k.a. “Seller’s Permit”) or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax. We ask that no large purses, totes or backpacks be brought to the sale site. Shopping bags, boxes and wrapping paper are provided.
