******Items must be picked up by end of closing SUNDAY, no exceptions!******

The Little Red Barn is located at: 7801 Gravenstein Hwy 116 in Cotati 
Heading West from 101 it will be 0 .9 miles.
Heading East from Stony Point it will be 0.4 miles. 
Look for signs that read "FARMER'S WIFE BARNTIQUE" to guide you.

Here are some helpful tips:

*Sorry... NO EARLY BIRDS!! We open at 10am but you can park in the lot after 9:30am.
Please be SAFE, especially turning into the parking lot. We do not recommend parking on the road. Hwy 116 can be dangerous! The front of the barn is reserved for Loading Only.

*There is NO shade in the parking lot. Do not leave your dog in the hot car. We care more about your dogs comfort than making a sale. We are an animal welfare fundraiser after all!! ;) IT'S GOING TO BE VERY HOT!!!

*We do NOT except checks, we do however except cash and credit/debit cards
* Dealers must present a valid resale license and i.d. for tax exemption, otherwise you will be charged tax.

We typically deal in, Antique, Vintage and Gently Used Sellable Goods for our monthly barn sale. Due to our limited space we generally do not deal in clothing, appliances, toys, kid accessories, electronics UNLESS...they are designer, high value, new or antique and collectable. 
Very large items or a large quantity of items can be scheduled for pick up.
