in the Eastlake style, ca. 1880-90;
a massive, light walnut breakfront
with marble top, intricate carving
and tiered superstructure, ca. 1880-90;

including many Venetian (Murano) pieces,
Carnival glass, American pattern glass (some flint),
American Brilliant Period cut glass, Higgins,

We'll be running the register on the driveway and under an awning,
and politely request that customers enter from the east side of the garage and exit from the west.
Uniformed police officer on site at all times.
Sterling and jewelry not on site until sale day.
Checks will be accepted with proper identification.
Sealed bids will be collected at the cashier's desk throughout Saturday
on items priced $100.00 and up.
(Bids will be called after the close of business on Saturday.)
All items must be removed from the premises no later than Sunday, 23 October.
Each dealer or eligible, disabled veteran must submit a photocopy of his or her current tax exemption permit,
else sales tax will be charged.
No unattended children, please.
Outside "sold" signs will not be honored and will be promptly discarded.
We will have a large "sold" table on site for your convenience; however,
we ask that you be fair to the estate, to other customers and to us
and not place items on the "sold" table, have items marked as "sold," nor place them on your ticket
unless you are fully committed to buying said items.
We do not wrap, haul or deliver -- please don't ask.
Fine sale in Edgewater tentatively slated for the first weekend in November --
sterling, art glass, sculptures and many other beautiful things.
