Bogard's Sale Terms:

1. All sales are final. Everything is sold AS IS. There are no refunds or exchanges.

2. All items purchased must be removed by the end of the day on Sunday unless arrangements have been made with us prior to purchase.

3. Bring your own help and equipment to load large purchases. If you want to wrap your items, bring your own wrapping materials. We will have bags available but no boxes.

4. No discounting on the first day of the sale.

5. Shoplifters will be prosecuted (and we will catch you!)

6. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason. Please be courteous to our workers and other shoppers.

7. Bogard's or the property owners are not responsible for accidents.

8. Do not block anyone's driveway and obey all traffic laws in regards to parking.
