Progressive bidding starts closing at 6:30PM on April 25th, 2024 with lots closing every 30 seconds. Local pickup is Friday April 26th from 10a-5p and on Saturday April 27th from 10a-3p in Fort Collins, Colorado. Appointments for pickup are MANDATORY and are scheduled on a first come-first served basis. Every winning bidder will get an email at the conclusion of the sale with the address and link to schedule your pickup. IF YOU HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED FROM OUR MAILING LIST YOU WON'T RECEIVE THIS EMAIL AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICKUP. Pickup slots are a loose timeframe, if you are clearing out large lots, you are allowed to take all the time you need. PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE LARGE LOT CLEANOUTS AT THE END OF PICKUP WINDOWS. PLEASE SCHEDULE IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS PLEASE DO NOT BID. Winning Bidders are solely responsible for the removal of all items. Any damages incurred to the home by winning bidders is the sole responsibility of the bidder and you will be charged for the repairs. Please bring your own boxes and packing materials for large lots. There is a $50 PER LOT abandoned/disposal fee for any items left on site. NO ASSISTANCE OR EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR LOADING. DECLINED CARDS-There will be a $20 surcharge if your payment method on file is declined and we have to contact you to obtain payment. Please double check the card on file is the card you are actively using. If you are out of state and the lot says No Shipping we won't ship it without prior communication or arrangements and are happy to help where we can. The sale company shall have sole and final discretion as to the disposition of any dispute including the re-offer and resale of any article in dispute.
