The systems will obviously need checked and repaired if needed. . This Trailer has been stored for years in a covered garage. The upholstery is in really good condition. Has a wonderful kitchen dining area 3 separate beds a closet off shower, toilet sink. WE needed to put new tires on the trailer to move it out of the garage, Cost was $757.63,
