"In this Cavalry scene of the mid-1880's, United States troops have been caught in the open by a very large Indian force and are heading for higher ground to defend themselves. They can hear the chilling war cries of more pursuers, as yet unseen, coming over the hill in the distance. The rider in the foreground is a scout for the troops." Framed Matted Print. The picture measures approximately 29.5" long x 21.25". This print is framed and matted with dimensions of ~ 24" x 38" x 2". Original envelope, authentication paperwork included.
