Offering for sale this Large Comfortable Clean Sofa With 2 Arm Chairs. The sofa comes from a N Phoenix Estate. We have just sold our beautiful home and are sad to part with our things :(. We purchased the sofa about 3 years ago and it's been in our family room and was hardly used. It is VERY CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE and large. You can comfortably lay or sleep on it. Same can be said for the arm chairs. Original purchase price was over 3,500. The sofa measures 85" long x 42" deep x 33" tall. From floor to top of arm rest is 27".
