This lot includes one solid wood Ethan Allen dining table with six solid wood chairs. The table includes a two piece leaf in the center for length adjustment. The table, when fully extended, measures 74" x 45" x 30"H. It also includes a vinyl table cover. (See photos) The six chairs are all matching and individually measure 18" x 21" x 38"H with a seat height of 17.5". Includes a seventh chair that is shown alone. Also matches but doesn't fit in the photographed space. There are two matching chairs with arms available for sale in a separate lot. If winning bidder chooses to take table apart to move, legs appear to be attached with square head screws underneath. Local pickup only. Winning bidder must bring assistance to help move and load this item due to its weight and/or size. Table may need to be taken apart to move through the doorway. Table is 30"H and exit doorway is 33" clearance. This lot is located on the ground floor with both front and back door access being three cement steps down from each porch.
