A complete O gauge layout with all the elements to go except rolling stock and power. Layout overall is approximately 13' x 32' with extra yard areas and an elevated section as well, mounted on trestle supports. There are over 40 switches and controllers and approximately 300' or more of track, both sectional pieces and long straights. The bench work is 36" in height, is composed of several separate sections mounted on 4" x 4" treated legs. Most of the benches are 48" x 96', some are 24" x 96" and some smaller. Also includes some original items used on layout, switches, bridges and trestle sets. All can be disassembled for removal. Winning buyer must coordinate pickup on Thursday August 28th, ideally taking everything but open to discussion. You must disassemble items yourself, bring tools, screwdrivers, drills, etc. Layout is located in basement of home but has outside access door. See photos for details. Local pickup only.

Preview your Craigslist template- Go to Craigslist and find your city.

- Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
- Add the title of your sale and the location.
- Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
- Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
- Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
- Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
