Payment Instructions: Your registered credit card will be charged at the close of the auction for the items you have purchased. I Returns will be not accepted for any reason or on any purchase. No exceptions.
If shipping is required, your card will be charged a second time for shipping and insurance (for all items $100+) costs have been calculated.

Local Pickup Instructions: If you live within the Portland/Salem metro area, we assume you wish to pick up your items. Pickup hours are daily, by appointment, for 5 days following the auction close. We will contact all winning bidders within 24 hours of the auction close to advise of the pickup address and request the day and approximate time you wish to pick up your item(s). If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please reach out through the sale message function or text (503) 936-6383. Do not arrive at the pickup location without a CONFIRMED appointment.
Shipping Instructions: Unless we hear otherwise, if you live outside of the Portland area we will ship your items to you. Buyer must arrange pickup or shipping for furniture or oversize items as well as fees and expenses associated. Freight shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Suggested options are uship.com or the UPS Store.
Shipping Fees: The amount paid for your item has no bearing on the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is solely dependent on what zip code it is being shipped to, the weight of the package, and the size of the package. If any package contains items with a total value >$100, insurance for that amount will be calculated into the shipping charges.
Checkout Date & Times: Checkout is immediately following the auction. (See SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS for details on local pickup times and shipping arrangements.)

SPECIAL TERMS
- All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Neither That Girl Estate Services or the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, or period of the property. All measurements are approximate. By registering to bid, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns, no warranties expressed or implied.
- Be aware that most display items (risers, easels, jewelry necks, etc...) are used for display only and are the property of That Girl Estate Services. If the display item is included in the lot, it will be noted in the description.
- Purchasers are responsible for all shipping and transport charges if they choose not to pick up their item(s) in person.
- There is no charge for Registration but does require a valid credit card and an agreement to all Terms & Conditions.
- At hammer (close of bidding), the title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof.
- Your registered credit card will be charged at the close of the auction for the items you have purchased. If your credit card is invalid, expired, or will not accept the charge, you will incur a $20 non-payment fee each time your payment method is declined. It is your responsibility to have adequate credit on hand at the time of purchase. Be aware that invoice delinquency WILL lead to disabling of a bidder account and making all online bidding unavailable. Chargebacks will be not accepted for any reason or on any purchase. No exceptions.
- Unless other arrangements have been agreed to, any item not picked up within 5 days will be considered abandoned and ownership will transfer to That Girl Estate Services.
- Should That Girl Estate Services be prevented by fire, theft, or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser.
- That Girl Estate Services reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before the actual sale or reject a bid from any bidder.
- That Girl Estate Services sets minimum bids at the time of sale. If no bids reach that amount the item will be passed. It may or may not be offered in our next auction.
- The Auctioneer and the Consignor assume no risk, liability, or responsibility for the authenticity, or the authorship of any property identified in the online catalog (that is, the identity of the creator or the period, culture, source, or origin as the case may be, with which the creation of any property is identified herein).
- All property is sold "As Is" and neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness or any implied warranty or merchantability or any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose as it relates to description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, safety, reliability, or condition of the property. If any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose can be construed from the catalog, auction, or bill of sale, such warranties are disclaimed by the Auctioneer and the Consignor. No statement in the online catalog or made at the sale or in the Bill of Sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an admission of liability. Moreover, the Auctioneer will not be held responsible for any variations in the appearance of online photographs.
- A premium equal to 15% of the successful bid price will be added thereto and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price.
- The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before the actual sale.
- All bids are per lot as ordered in the catalog. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the purchase.
- At the close of each lot, the title to the offered lot passes to the highest bidder who thereupon will pay the full purchase price therefore, or such part as the Auctioneer may require. All property shall be removed by the purchaser at his expense within 5 days, if not so removed, the items will be shipped to the purchaser at their risk and expense, to the shipping address on file. If the purchaser does not have a shipping address on file, all property will be considered abandoned, and ownership will revert to The Auctioneer. Any damage to or loss of any item purchased that is left with the Auctioneer after the day of purchase is the purchaser's sole responsibility. If the foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions herein are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to the Auctioneer and the Consignor by law, including without limitation the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, the Auctioneer at its option, may either (a) cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser, or (b) re-sell the property on 3 days’ notice to the purchaser and for the account and risk of the purchaser, either publicly or privately, and in such event the purchaser shall be liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs, including warehousing, the expenses of both sales, and the Auctioneer's commission at its regular rates and all other charges due hereunder, and incidental charges.
- No claims shall be allowed after removal of goods and no article shall be re-sold for purchaser at the sale where purchased.
- Unless the sale is advertised and announced as an unrestricted sale or sale without reserve, Consignors reserve the right to bid through the Auctioneer as agent on their own consignments.
- The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the sale or any portion thereof without prior or further notice, and to announce at any time additional conditions of sale.
- Bidding will constitute full acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
- Payment will be accepted in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover only.
- Any non-paying bidder will be prohibited from registering for any future auction that is held by That Girl Estate & Property Services.
- Shipping is available to addresses within the U.S. only. Purchased items will be shipped on a first-paid, first-shipped basis and may take up to twenty (10) business days for said shipment to leave the auction location. For time-sensitive shipments, That Girl Estate & Property Services will expedite payment processing and shipping for a nominal fee. Choice of carriers is at the sole discretion of The Auctioneer unless the purchaser provides a pre-paid shipping label and pays a $15 packing fee.
- 14. Insurance: All items are insured for the full purchase amount less carrier shipping charges, or the maximum amount allowed by the carrier. Final invoices are sent with insurance already factored into the shipping charge. The customer has the right to waive any insurance amount by providing written consent that the customer will not hold The Auctioneer or its shipping carriers responsible for damaged and/or lost shipments due to uninsured/underinsured packages. In some instances, we reserve the right to only ship certain items if insurance is purchased for the full amount of the item(s) being shipped.
