All items are from an estate that is being liquidated, please bid carefully, there are no refunds. There is no shipping of items.
ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION ENDING. If you are unable to do this, please contact us immediately before bidding. If invoices are not paid within 24 hours of the auction, the items will either be offered to the next highest bidder or posted on a future auction.
Pick up is Friday, August 29, 2025 between 5-8 pm and Saturday, August 30, 2025 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. All items will be picked up in Taylorsville. NO SHIPPING OF ITEMS AVAILABLE, ITEMS MUST ALL BE PICKED UP. Please call or text 801-573-0592 with any questions. If you have large heavy items, please bring help for lifting, there is no help available at pickup location. Items must be picked up during these times only, unless prior arrangements have been made. If items are not picked up during this time, you will forfeit the items with no refund unless arrangements have been made prior to the set pickup times.
A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment accepted by PayPal or Venmo. We will accept cash at time of pick up. Please let us know you wish to pay with cash and bring exact change, please. If paying cash you will need to notify by text that you are paying cash, please include the invoice number in the message.
We have made a couple of changes to our auctions due to rising costs for us. There will now be a 5% buyers premium. State sales tax will be collected per State of Utah law.
