Auction and Sale Terms
- Pick-Up Schedule: Items will close at a specified time. Please sign up for a pick-up time using our scheduling app and include your invoice number.
- Item Condition: All items are sold "As Is" and "Where Is" with no guarantees. The bidder is responsible for determining the condition of each item.
- All Sales Final: All auction sales are final. Successful bidders must remove purchased items immediately following the auction. No loading help is provided.
- Buyer's Premium: A 5% buyer's premium and a 3% service charge on electronic payments apply.
- Binding Contract: A bid constitutes acceptance of the item and auction terms. Non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auctions. Ensure your contact information is correct.
- Payment: Payment is due upon auction completion. Invoices will be sent, and online payment options are available.
- Pick-Up: Items are available for pick-up only at the stated times. Items not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited with no refunds.
- Shipping: Shipping is available for select items and is not free. Contact us for a quote. Shipping may cost more than the item. Items ship from zip code 84014
- Storage Fees: Items not picked up by the indicated dates will incur a $2 per day per auction lot storage fee. Once the storage fee equals the purchase price, the item will be disposed of at BTeam's discretion.
- Furniture: We do not store furniture past the pick-up date. Uncollected furniture will be considered abandoned, and a disposal fee of up to $100 per item will be charged.
- Auction Closing: Auctions have a soft close. If a bid is received in the last 5 minutes, the auction time extends by 2 minutes. Auctions begin closing at 10:00 AM and close every 10 seconds unless extended.
