Journey Sales makes cursory examinations ONLY of each item visually and for basic functionality when possible. Dimensions and/or weights stated are approximations ONLY. Look closely at all photos included and make your own determination as to the item(s) meeting your standards, requirements and serviceability for your needs. ALL ITEMS are used/pre-owned unless otherwise stated in the individual item description.
ALL ITEMS are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without guarantee of any kind with regard to condition, merchantability nor fitness for any particular purpose. PLEASE be sure you want the item(s) you bid on BEFORE bidding.
Some smaller/lighter items MAY be available to be shipped. Check each and every item BEFORE BIDDING ON IT to be sure it is labeled "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" for that particular item.
IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING: See the “SHIPPING DETAILS” section below AND PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY. If you purchase item(s) for which we do not specifically offer shipping and you do not pick up the item(s) in person, your item(s) will be forfeited and disposed of or donated. NO REFUNDS will be given for item not picked up by purchaser!
BUYER should pick up their item(s) purchased IN PERSON (if not requesting shipping when available) and be able to present a government issued photo I.D. for ANY age restricted item(s) or other legal requirements. PLEASE bring along your photo I.D. regardless of possible restrictions so we can be sure YOU get the item(s) you purchased!
THIRD PARTY item pick up: If anyone other than the BUYER will be picking up the item(s) purchased, it is the responsibility of the BUYER to notify Journey Sales via email correspondence to "AuctionsByJourney@yahoo.com" OR via the messaging system made available by EstateSales.org at least 24 (twenty-four) hours before the designated pick up time AND provide Journey Sales with the name(s) and clear description(s) of the designated third party pick up person(s). Such third party person(s) MUST BE AT LEAST 18 (eighteen) years of age and present to Journey Sales a government issued photo I.D. to pick up your item(s). Third party pickup is NOT available for age restricted item(s) nor any item(s) that are in any way restricted by law.
BUYER is solely responsible for timely pick up of items at the scheduled time, date and address indicated. BUYER will be notified of the time, date and address for pick on their paid invoice in the “COMMUNICATION” section at the end of the invoice.
We CANNOT store your items nor help you load them nor move them. BEFORE you bid on any item(s), be sure you can pick up the item(s) you purchase on/at the designated time, date, and place, AND can bring adequate help with you if necessary for items you are unable to move/load/carry by yourself.
The pick up date/time/location is NOT VARIABLE unless unexpected conditions and/or circumstances occur. In such an event, a blanket coverage "rain-date" pickup time/date/location FOR ALL BUYERS will be initiated and ALL BUYERS will be notified at the earliest possible time.
Items that have not been picked up at the designated time, date and place will be disposed of or donated unless some other mutually agreed arrangement is made at least 24 (twenty-four) hours PRIOR TO the scheduled item pick up time and date. NO REFUNDS will be made for purchased items not picked up by/for buyer at the designated time/date/place.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
If you require shipping, sign in to your account on EstateSales.org as soon as bidding has ended and on YOUR invoice page choose the “Shipping Requested” option to let us know you need shipping.
Shipping can be extremely expensive in our current economy!! If item(s) is/are shippable, shipping and packaging charges will be determined on an item by item basis while the handling charge is on a per invoice basis. You may choose to provide and arrange your own shipping methods at your option, you do not have to use Journey Sales' shipping options.
Our minimum handling charge is $6.00 per invoice which is in addition to the shipping and packaging costs, but this may increase dependent on size/weight/shape and number of packages to be shipped. Our handling charge is the greater of $6.00 OR 10% of the total of all shipping and packaging charges per invoice, whichever is more. ($60@10%=$6)
NO RETURNS will be accepted and NO REFUNDS given on ANY shipped/shippable item(s). Shipping, packaging and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances! Be sure item(s) is/are what you want BEFORE you bid!
AFTER we receive your “Shipping Requested” notice in conjunction with EstateSales.org's invoicing system AND, said merchandise invoice is paid, YOUR SHIPPING QUOTE will be appended to your PAID INVOICE for purchased items as quickly as we can get that information. NOTE: We will NOT create a shipping quote until your merchandise invoice is paid in full. When the shipping, packaging and handling charges are added to your previously paid invoice, the system will regenerate your invoice and a new BALANCE DUE will appear. Your items will be shipped within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, (excluding holidays) AFTER the shipping, packaging and handling charges are paid.
Items for which shipping, packaging and handling charges are NOT PAID within 10 (ten) calendar days (excluding holidays) after the date the shipping quote is added to buyers invoice, the item(s) will be forfeited and disposed of or donated.
NO REFUNDS will be given for items for which the buyer does not pay the shipping, packaging and handling charges AND also does not set up their own alternate shipping arrangements nor picked up their item(s) in person!
