Terms and Conditions:
- All sales are final and non-refundable. Your bid is a binding agreement to purchase and all sales are final.
- Purchases over $500 may require certified funds.
- All invoices are charged (shipping or not) within 24 hours and are non-refundable. If you won the bid, you won the entire lot and are responsible for taking possession of it all.
- Items are depicted and described as best as possible. You are purchasing items "as is, as described". In no event will seller be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
- No purchase will be released until it is paid for in full.
- Soft close on all lots is in effect, meaning the bidding timer resets when competing bid is placed near item close and keeps resetting until sold.
- All in person pickup customers will sign release form stating they have inspected their merchandise and waive the right to any chargebacks or refunds. All customers requesting shipping automatically agree to the same terms. Contact us with any questions BEFORE bidding please.
- Bidding can be impacted by internet disruptions so place your highest bid early to avoid mishaps. Your bid will only be auto increased when a competing bid is placed.
- Seller is not and can not be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Seller, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the closing date of the auction and resell any items/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of Seller is final.
Fees:
- A buyer's premium up to 10% will be added to the winning bid price for the total purchase price.
- Sale tax of 6% will be charged on each item.
- If invoice, before any additional fees/taxes, is under $25:
- and fits in a 12x12x8 USPS PRIORITY box, a handling fee of $10 will be applied.
- that doesn't fit in a 12x12x8 USPS PRIORITY box, a handling fee of $15 will be applied
- If invoice, before additional fees/taxes is over $25:
- and fits in a 12x12x8 USPS PRIORITY box, no handling fee is applied.
- that doesn't fit in a 12x12x8 USPS PRIORITY box, a handling fee of $10 will be applied.
- Items requiring UPS drop-off, upon sellers discretion, will incur a $50 drop-off fee in addition to handling, shipping, and insurance fees.
- Large items that are not picked-up will incur a haul off fee.
Shipping Options:
- Nationwide USPS PRIORITY shipping available on many lots. Some will require UPS. See item descriptions for shipping availability. We charge you only what USPS/UPS charges us. Any shipping fees described are estimates only; refer to invoice for final shipping costs.
- Refer to FEES section for shipping related FEEs.
- Ask any and all questions related to shipping BEFORE BIDDING.
In-person Pick-up:
- Stated pick-up days are the only days you can retrieve your items. Items must be picked up at the address stated in the FINAL PICK-UP EMAIL that will be sent within 24-hours after conclusion of auction. Be sure you are able to pick-up on the designated day/time or can designate a representative to pick up on your behalf before placing a bid.
- Buyer/Representative must present the invoice at the time of pick up and double check that all items were retrieved.
- Seller will not store items for a future pick-up. All non-retrieved items will be forfeited without a refund.
- Seller is not responsible for any accidents or injuries on the property during pick-up. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, transportation, packing materials (bubble wrap, blankets, tape, boxes), or moving aids to haul heavy or awkward items.
- Please "PARK SMART" during pick up. Do not block mail boxes or driveways.
