Pickup Policy (Winning Bidders)
• We’ll reach out after payment to schedule a pickup appointment (or contact us at warrenestatesf@gmail.com / 925-413-2677).
• Pickup window: within 7–10 days of auction close (extensions by prior arrangement only).
• Location: Address provided after invoice is paid (some items are at off-site storage; appointment required).
• Buyer responsibility: Bring help, tools, blankets, and straps—our team cannot load or tie down.
• Shipping: Buyer-arranged; we can provide shipper referrals. Carriers must present your paid invoice.
• Missed/late pickups: Storage fees may apply after day 10; items not collected within a reasonable period may be forfeited without refund.
• All sales final / sold as-is.
