Preview is by appointment only in Waynesville, NC on Monday, October 6, from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

- Bidding opens: Monday, October 6, 2025, at 8:00 AM
- Bidding closes: Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM, with lots closing , starting with Lot 1.
- Extended Bidding: If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of a lot’s close, the lot will remain open for an additional 60 seconds..
Pick-Up of Winnings
- Location: Waynesville, NC
- Dates: Tuesday & Wednesday, October 14-15, 2025
- Times: 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Important:
- Bring help to load large items—staff is not available to assist.
- Do not arrive before pick-up begins.
- Packing materials are available, but buyers must pack their own breakables.
- All items in each lot must be taken. Partial pick-ups are not allowed.
- Items not collected during the scheduled times will be forfeited without refund, unless alternative arrangements are made prior to the end of pick-up.
- If you or someone in your household is sick, please do not attend pick-up. Contact us for an alternative solution.
- Communication is essential—please reach out immediately if you have issues with pick-up.
Shipping
Shipping is available on select lots. Please review individual lot descriptions for eligibility.
Payment
- All credit cards on file will be charged at the close of the auction.
- Ensure your card on file with EstateSales.org is current.
- Invoices will be emailed after the auction closes.
- If your card is declined, payment must be made before pick-up begins, or your winnings will be forfeited.
- A 15% Buyer’s Premium and 7% sales tax will be added to all purchases.
- All items must be paid for in full prior to pick-up.
- No refunds.

- All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind.
- Cornerstone Estate Sales provides descriptions and photos to the best of our knowledge, but does not guarantee accuracy.
- Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence through photos, descriptions, and in-person preview.
- No returns, refunds, or adjustments will be made for errors, omissions, or buyer dissatisfaction.

- Cornerstone Estate Sales is not responsible for technical issues with EstateSales.org. Any bidding or platform concerns must be directed to EstateSales.org.
- Buyers assume all risks when previewing, removing, or transporting items. Professional assistance is required for electrical, plumbing, built-in, or excessively heavy items.
- Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Estate Sales, consignors, and staff from any claims or damages related to the auction, preview, pick-up, or removal process.

Preview your Craigslist template- Go to Craigslist and find your city.
- Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
