We will open our sale at 10:30 so plenty of time to park and find the manor…thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation
A very nice sale in a two story loft manor….a well-educated, well travelled woman with interesting and tasteful antiques, furniture, and objects from around the world..she had a special affinity for all things French! Nicely upholstered loveseat, two pair of upholstered side chairs/bergeres, marble top table with iron base, secretary, French armoire, boxes, stemware, crystal, silver-plate, perfume bottle collection including Lalique, Baccarat, Orrefors, Kosta, purses, scarves, beautiful clothing, an extensive book collection, and a beautifully inlaid bookcase with glass front doors, china, ceramics, linens, pair of 4 poster beds, quilts, costume jewelry, many decorative accessories, and a well stocked kitchen with some French copper….
As always, our terms are cash only, and if you are purchasing for resale, you MUST bring a copy of your current valid CALIFORNIA resale certificate. Be prepared to fill out our form and be patient while we verify your number with the BOE…thank you in advance.
You will be entering a private residence at your own risk. Owners & Fred Stegmann are not responsible for injury or loss of personal items.We charge sales tax unless you have a valid resale number on file with us. To expedite at cashier, dealers may want to email their resale #'s ahead of time with necessary info. We do verify resale numbers.No large purses, bulky coats or backpacks inside please. Inspect your items THOROUGHLY, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. No money back. CASH ONLY. All purchases must be removed prior to last hour of sale.You are responsible to move and handle all purchases, including furniture & appliances. We do not supply help, tools, dolly, etc. Delivery service can be arranged on larger items for a fee.Sorry, no restrooms available. Please be respectful of neighbors driveways
